<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounting method which is capable of mounting electronic components on a multiple patterning board without a cycle loss, even in a case where a defective circuit pattern is included in a circuit pattern when electronic components are mounted on a multiple board. <P>SOLUTION: When a multiple patterning board is transferred in the electronic component mounting machine, whether a bad mark is present or not is detected, and, based on the result, circuit patterns except for defective circuit patterns are recognized. Then, by obtaining mounting times for mounting components on the circuit patterns except for defective circuit patterns by means of simulation for each of a step repeat system and a pattern repeat system, and by comparing both times each other to select a system having shorter mounting time, the components are mounted on the circuit patterns except for defective circuit patterns. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
