A system for managing discounting trade receivables is provided to enable trust trade with an overseas exporting merchandiser without budget burden and loan calculation, grasp situations of trade receivables and money settlement in real time and simplify document processes through an electronic trade method. A discount processing unit(2710) transmits receivables transfer stored in a storage medium and discount application information to a communication unit of a client traded with an exporting company to request receivables transfer permission with selling receivables and receives receivables transfer permitting information of an importing company client from a terminal and refers to the receivables transfer permitting information of the importing company client to discount the receivables of the exporting company client.
