An automatic e-mail and web file classification method is provided to reduce time necessary for classifying a file uploaded in a web storage, thereby largely increasing work efficiency. If an e-mail is received in a mailbox of a user, a mail server drives an e-mail and a file classification program(182). The classification program reads a sending e-mail address or contents of a title of a receiving mail to classify the mail according to designation of the user. It is checked whether classification is applied according to a preset sending e-mail address(183). If the classification is applied, an e-mail received in a mailbox per a sending address is stored(187). If the classification is not applied, the received e-mail is classified according to a title of the e-mail. If the e-mail is the title which user classifies, the received e-mail is stored in a title designation mailbox(185). An e-mail not based on sensing e-mail classification and title classification is stored in a normal mailbox and the classification program is terminated(188). |
