摘要 <p>An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to prevent an invasion path of a gas from a planarization film by directly covering a top and a side of a second reflective layer to a pixel electrode. An organic electroluminescent display device includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel is composed of an active matrix electroluminescent device of a top-emission type. The active matrix electroluminescent device of a top-emission type comprises a pixel electrode(18), a reflective layer, an organic luminescent layer(30), and a common electrode(31). The pixel electrode is contacted in the active device. The reflective layer is arranged between the pixel electrode and the active device, and is formed on a planarization layer(15). The organic luminescent layer is arranged on the pixel electrode. The reflective layer includes a first reflective layer(16) and a second reflective layer(17). The first reflective layer is made of high melting point metal. The second reflective layer is arranged on the first reflective layer, and is made of alloy containing aluminum, aluminum compound, or aluminum silicide. The pixel electrode covers the second reflective layer.</p>
