A control method of automatic transmission oil pump for hybrid vehicle is provided to lower viscosity of oil by increasing oil temperature by operating a drive motor in case that oil temperature of an auto transmission is under a reference temperature in EV mode initial outbound in a hybrid vehicle structure using the auto transmission. A control method of automatic transmission oil pump for hybrid vehicle comprises steps of: sending oil temperature inside automatic transmission oil depositary(140) to a hybrid control unit; comparing the oil temperature with reference temperature; dropping viscosity by increment of oil temperature in case that the oil temperature is under the reference temperature. In the step that the oil circulates by a drive motor and the inner oil pump, oil temperature rises in a short time because a flow channel in which the oil goes to an oil cooler is blocked by a PCU.
