A transparent synthetic resin panel and method for preparing the same is provided to secure simple process and convenient manufacturing management and be suited to various applications. A transparent synthetic resin panel preparing method comprises a step of positioning an adhesive base material(14) between two more transparent synthetic resin sheet(10,12); and a step of pressing the transparent synthetic resin sheet in which the adhesive base material is located; The adhesion base material is a transparent pressure sensitive acryl based adhesive. The film type transparent adhesive dissolves polyacrylate elastomer polymer component with solvent and is formed by coating the dissolved material on film and then drying it. The adhesive film is formed by coating the transparent pressure sensitive acryl based adhesive on both sides.
