An apparatus preventing wear for a fluid transfer pipe is provided to prevent cause of an accident by allowing a worker to check the damaged state of a fluid transfer pipe and thus take quick measure. An apparatus preventing wear for a fluid transfer pipe comprises a hollow lower body(110) assembled to either side of a fluid transfer pipe; an abrasion resistant material filled inside; an upper body(120) including a though hole(122) vertically formed to penetrate the abrasion resistant material; a socket(130) having an inner fitting part(131) penetrated with the through-hole; a finishing member(140), passing through the inner fitting, inserted inside the through-hole; a supporting tool(150) having a spiral hole(151) in the center, fastened to either side inside the inner fitting part; and an adhering lever(160) having a spiral shaft(161) adhering the finishing member inside the through hole.
