METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LED DEVICE

A manufacturing method of LED is provided to increase the luminous efficiency of LED by including a structural support layer similar to the cylinder shape. A manufacturing method of LED comprises a step for forming an LED structure; a step for forming a structural support layer(150); a step for forming LED elements; and a step for forming electrode portions. The LED structure has an N-type light emission diode layer(120), an active layer(125), and a P-type light emission diode layer(130) on the top of the substrate. The structural support layers are formed on the LED structure. The LED elements are formed by cutting the LED structure using the structural support layers as the separation guide. The electrode portion is formed on the surface of LED elements.
