A base material elevating device of the progressive mold is provide to improve reliability of product by maintaining a regular interval in a stage of elevating a terminal strap. A base material elevating device of the progressive mold comprises a lower holder(10) including a lower retainer(30); an upper holder(70) relatively moving toward the lower holder and including an upper retainer(80); a pair of first lifer(40) and second lifer(50) supporting one side of the base material. The second lifer gets on and off with the first lifer and is located from the first lifer by the predetermined elevation.
