<p>The invention relates to a device for indicating (10) a physical quantity, said device comprising a housing (100) to which a sensor (200) for measuring the physical quantity is connected and which contains a display (300) for displaying a value representing the physical quantity measured by the measuring sensor. Said device comprises components which are successively arranged in essentially parallel planes, the components consisting of at least a transparent cover (120) for the housing (100), the display (300), and the measuring sensor (200).
