A lifter is provided to facilitate a lifting movement and reduce manufacture cost by lifting an object using a jack unit operated by a fluid pressure, thereby enabling a user to lift even heavy object with ease. A lifter comprises the following units. A jack unit(140) operated by a fluid pressure is fixed on an upper part of a base where an object to be transferred is fixed from a ceiling. A jack rod(110) lift or lowers the object by a repeating movement of the jack unit. A first stopper(146) fixes a location of a connecting area by being combined or separated from an upper part of the jack rod of the jack unit. A second stopper(144) fixes the location of the connecting area by being combined or separated from a lower part of the jack unit. |
