A service method using the ARS and an apparatus thereof are provided to enable a user to select the enterprises which provide the services selected through an integrated number by the user. In an ARS, information about various services is stored so that a user can select desired one of the services. A central processing unit connected to the ARS searches and selects a corresponding service provider by using information obtained from the ARS, and then transmits information about the user to a service processing device installed at the selected service provider side. If the service provider is selected, the user information is transmitted to a plurality of service wireless communication apparatuses registered as members of the selected service provider. The service wireless communication apparatuses transmit information about whether they can provide the service or not to the service processing device. The service processing device transmits the received information to a wireless phone of the user. |
