A system and a method for providing an insurance service about a freight and driving service by using location information are provided to prevent overuse of an insurance service without additionally acquiring client information. A communication unit for a client(20) provides a control and management center through communications network(10). A control and management center(30) supervises a entire process about a freight to client according to an operation service offering request. A service provider terminal(40) includes the service provider who requests the freight. The necessary information is provided to the service provider in the freight and operation service offer process. A position signal presentation unit(50) provides the necessary special signal for the service provider terminal to the understanding of location information. |
