A method and a system accepting an order for phone advertisement and a recording medium therefor are provided to print out a settlement receipt through a function of printing through a telephone including a settlement function and a print out function. An interface offering part(510) connects an information registration terminal to an information registration server(500) and a communications channel through an interface unit(505) and transmits the advertisement request information by generating the user interface. An information offering part(520) offers local advertisement object distribution status information to the information registration terminal. An information receiving part(515) receives the advertisement request information transmitted from the information registration terminal through the user interface. An information storage unit(525) stores the advertiser information, included in the received advertisement request information in the storage media(530). |
