A construction fence having a display device and a fire escape apparatus are provided to maximize not only the walk of pedestrian but also the safe advertising effect. The temporary installation fence comprises an indication panel part(1), a plurality of temporary installation panels(2), and an allophone fixing unit. The indication panel part is formed in the inside body of the hypothesis panel. The joint fixing unit is installed at both side end points of the hypothesis panel. The joint fixing unit joins the hypothesis panels. The indication panel part comprises a film part(4), a background radiation feed port(5), a power supply apparatus part, a detecting sensor, and a frame part(8). The background radiation feed port is installed at both sides of the film part. The background radiation feed port supplies the background radiation to the back side of the film part. |
