COLORED LONG FIBER REINFORCED PELLET AND COLORED RESIN ARTICLE MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME

A colored long fiber reinforced pellet is provided to show excellent mechanical property even if a large amount of coloring agents are contained, and to ensure excellent tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact strength. A colored long fiber reinforced pellet comprises a thermosetting polymer resin 10-90 weight%, a fiber reinforcing material 5-85 weight% having the length of 5-50 mm, and pigment 0.01-5 weight% having the surface hardness of 5 or less. The thermosetting polymer resin has the melt index of 0.1-80 g/10min at a temperature of 230 °C and under the load of 2.16 kg. The fiber reinforcing material has the average diameter of 0.3-50 micrometer and the same length as the colored long fiber reinforced pellet. The pigment is one or more compound selected from the group consisting of zinc sulfide, carbon black and lithopone.
