An upwind control device of a solar collector is provided to prevent the collector from being damaged due to strong upwind by opening a variable reflector equipped in the solar collector according to the intensity of upwind. An upwind control device of a solar collector comprises a solar collector concentrating solar heat on a solar collector installed at the center of the frame; a plurality of structures(113) in which a plurality of first auxiliary frames(111) and a second auxiliary frame(112) are connected to the frame in the form of a lattice; a variable reflector(400) which is installed in the first assistant frame through a coupling axle(430) and elastically is opened and closed around the coupling axle; and a control unit equipped in the back of the variable reflector and installed onto the first auxiliary frame through a fastening unit.
