DIPHENHYDRAMINE-FILLED CAPSULES

A diphenhydramine-filled capsule with a macrogol and gelatin film is provided to enable a patient to easily take in a medicine of diphenhydramine with the diphenhydramine-filled capsule and prevent a capsule film from being cracked or softened. A diphenhydramine-filled capsule with a macrogol and gelatin film comprises the following steps of: preparing a capsule with a microgol or gelatin film; and filling diphenhydramine or its salt with the capsule. The amount of the microgol is 0.5-15wt% on a total amount basis of the capsule film. The average molecular weight of the microgol is 950-25000 in the capsule film. The diphenhydramine-filled capsule contains 25-50mg of diphenhydramine or its salt per capsule.
