A connector is provided to facilitate the elastic deformation of a lance, which occurs by pressing the lance, by accurately inserting a jig to a right position. A connector housing(50) includes a terminal setting unit(51) at which a terminal and an inner space where the terminal is mounted are formed. A lance is formed in cantilever shape inside an inner space, and is fixed by engaging some portion of the terminal with the terminal mounting unit. A front holder(60) which is inserted into the inner space forms an external tube, which corresponds to the inner space, to prevent the slacking of the lance at the inside of the connector housing. An insertion guide unit(67) is protruded at the position, which corresponds to the lance, to form a flat plane with the front end of the lance.
