PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING T. JAPONICA AND S. FLAVESCENS EXTRACT OR FRACITON THEREOF FOR NEOSPORA CANINUM INFECTION

A pharmaceutical composition including extracts from T. Japonica and S. Flavescens is provided to improve a survival rate of mammals which are infected with neospora caninum and reduce an abortion rate. A pharmaceutical composition comprises low alcohol extracts and fractions from T. Japonica and S. Flavescens. The low alcohol is selected from the group consisting of straight-chain or branched methanol, ethanol, and butanol. The fractions from the T. Japonica and S. Flavescens are obtained by separating the low alcohol extracts through a HPLC(High-Perfomance Liquid Chromatography). The HPLC fraction is TJ2 fraction of the alcohol extract from the T. Japonica or SF1 fraction of the alcohol extract from the S. Flavescens.
