A finishing panel for door frame molding is provided to have insulation and soundproof effect on the door frame and to make a concavo-convex panel be curve-cut easily along a bending line. A finishing panel for door frame molding contains: an extruder(10) extruding melting material by a non-concavo-convex panel(1) of sheet configuration; a forming roller(20) molding a plurality of bending lines and a plurality of concavo-convexes in the single-side of the non-concavo-convex panel; a cooling device(30) cooling the shaped concavo-convex panel; a decoration sheet roll(40) supplying it so that the decoration sheet is adhered to a plane of the concavo-convex panel; an adhesive sprayer(50) coating the unevenness with adhesive of the concavo-convex panel and making a bonding layer; a paper roll(60) supplying it so that the paper is adhered to the bonding layer while cotton paper(5) is reeled; and a cutting machine(80) cutting the concavo-convex panel in fixed size.
