A display apparatus is provided to protect predetermined components of the display apparatus from external moisture or dust and discharge heat effectively. A display apparatus comprises the following units. A chamber(200) is prepared in a back side of a display body(100). A rear cover(120) covers the back side of the display body. The chamber comprises a frame(210) and a cooling fin(220). A frame surrounds in order to form a predetermined space on the back side of the display body. The cooling fin discharges the heat which is generated in a circuit device(230) while surrounding the frame.
