A display control method, a display device and a display system are provided to enable a user not to resolution in every case whenever a PBP mode is changed by changing an output image in high resolution on divided screens. A PC controller reads out the information as to a monitor in a monitor memory unit(S410), and checks over a current mode of the monitor(S420). If the mode is changed from a general mode into a PBP mode(S430), the PC controller controls a video card to change the resolution of a first image signal which is outputted to the monitor(S440). An image signal is outputted in the changed resolution(S450).
