<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a separated abrasive grain grinding slurry composition suitable for use in a processing process for uniform grinding without causing difference in a ground amount in a composite material composed of plural different hardness materials different in hardness namely selection grinding. SOLUTION: This separated abrasive grain slurry composition is useful for grinding a composite material composed of materials difficult in hardness. The separated abrasive grain grinding scurry composition comprises an abrasive particle, a dispersion medium, a surface modifier and at least one kind of a fatty acid ester. Preferably the fatty acid ester is shown by the general formula RCOOR' (R has 12-22C carbon atoms; R' is methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl or isobutyl group).</p> |
