A composition removing boron in salt water is provided to reduce the number of a process simply. A composition removing boron in salt water comprises cellulose fiber, glycidyl methacrylate, sodiumn-dodecyl sulfate, 1% of liquid hydrogen peroxide, 5% of aqueous thiourea dioxide, a vinyl monomer, and N-methylglucamine. The cellulose fiber, the glycidyl methacrylate, the sodiumn-dodecyl sulfate, 1% of the liquid hydrogen peroxide, and 5% of the aqueous thiourea dioxide contain the vinyl monomer with a weight ratio of 1:1.
