SWEET FLAVOROUS THE COLLAGEN GANODERMA LUCIDUM TEA AND WATER

A method for preparing a collagen ganoderma lucidum tea and compositions thereof are provided to improve functionality and a taste of ganoderma lucidum using a ganoderma lucidum, collagen, a citric acid, and stevioside. A method for preparing a collagen ganoderma lucidum tea and compositions thereof comprises the following steps of: selecting ingredients; determining a mixing ratio; cutting; soaking; roasting; pulverizing; mixing; maturing and fermenting; press-forming; maturing and drying; sterilizing; and packing the collagen ganoderma lucidum tea. The compositions of the collagen ganoderma lucidum tea includes 73-83wt% of a ganoderma lucidum, 4-8wt% of collagen, 4-6wt% of a citric acid, 5.3-7.5wt% of stevioside, 3-5wt% of vitamins, and 0.5-0.7wt% of a salicornia herbacea.
