A disk loading device of a disk drive is provided to use discs having various sizes by moving a guide member in a vertical direction to the disc. A disk loading device of a disk drive comprises: a main chassis(40) in which an optical pick-up base(42) and a driving source are equipped; a guide unit guiding a side end of a disc; a drive lever installed at the disc by the driving source; a guide plate(100) installed at the main chassis; an eject-arm guiding the leading end of the disc and operating with the movement of the guide plate; and an insert arm(120) which is installed at the main chassis by operating with the movement of the drive lever and pushes the backend of the disc.
