Circuitry (17, 20, 26, 29) processing the signals is contained in a housing (13, 14) fitted to the pump casing. Part of the housing (13) surrounds the electric motor (10) and is complemented by a cap (14). The cap contains the motor controller and the signal processing circuitry. One circuit board is provided for the motor controller; another circuit board (17) carries the signal processing circuitry. These are connected to each other by a plug-in circuit card (19). The sensor measuring temperature is fitted in the return line, within the circulation pump.
