An electronic control unit of the electro-driven power assistance steering system is provided to mount the ECU(Eletronic Control Unit) on the vehicles easily since motor joint and power joint are changed. An electronic control unit(400) of the electro-driven power assistance steering system comprises a motor joint(482) connected with the current source terminal of the motor, a connection part(480) having a power supply connector(484) connected with the current source terminal, a printed circuit board(430) in which the connection part is mounted, and a booth bar(490) having a first booth bar and second booth bar. One side of first booth bar is connected to the printed circuit board and the other side is connected to the motor joint. The second booth bar is formed corresponding to the first booth bar and is connected to the power supply connector of the connection part.
