A manufacturing method of a timber mat is provided to form a design layer by using an ultra violet ink or paint etc. and to improve sensuousness superactivity through the various kinds of design layers. A manufacturing method of a timber mat comprises steps of: forming an ultra violet layer and controlling planarity; morcellating wood stock to a constant size; assembling the split wood stock to a tack wearing tape; spraying the ultra violet ink or a paint to a surface of the assembled timber and forming the design layer; cutting the wood stock in which the design layer is formed in optimal size; coating a top of the cut timber offset with the ultra violet; coating adhesive to a lower surface of coated timber offset, adhering a floor material.
