A control method of a dish washer is provided to perform the bactericidal action even when the consumption of the energy is small. A control method of s dish washer comprises: a step of spraying the washing water having the detergent to the tableware; a step spraying the washing water without the detergent to the tableware; a step of spraying the steam the tableware after the step of spraying the washing water without the detergent to the tableware; and a step of lowering the humidity of the washing tub inside. The step of spraying the steam is a step of heating the tableware to be over the prescribed temperature. The step of lowering the humidity of the washing tub inside is performed immediately after the step of spraying the steam.
