The present invention relates to a computer mouse more particularly, to a computer mouse which is characterized by including the finger inserting portion that can be inserted with fingers inside the mouse body cut in the middle to be held with the inserted fingers, the left button located at the upper left side of the above mouse body, right button attached at the inside wall of the above finger inserting portion to be clicked with the inserted finger in the above finger inserting portion, and the first scroll wheel formed in protrusion at the upper left side of the above mouse body to perform the up/down moving operation in the monitor screen. The object of the present invention is to operate the mouse naturally and comfortably in the posture of holding a pen without pain in the wrist and fingers by holding the mouse body with the inserted middle finger, the ring finger, and the little finger, operating the protrusive scroll wheel at the left upper side of the mouse body with the thumb, operating the left button located at the upper left of the mouse body with index finger, operating the right button located at the upper inside wall of the finger insertion portion with the inserted finger in the finger inserting portion.
