<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor which avoids liquid compression and prevents the breakage of a member due to the repetition of the liquid compression. <P>SOLUTION: An escape passage 51 is provided so as to communicate with a compression chamber 11 when the internal pressure of the compression chamber 11 reaches the highest pressure level during the compression stroke. Even if the internal pressure of the compression chamber 11 is raised by a liquid seal, the coolant of the compression chamber 11 is released through the escape passage 51, thereby preventing the excessive compression due to the liquid seal of the compression chamber 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
