<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device allowing a direct access, by expanding an operation margin of an SDRAM. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device has a central processing unit, a control circuit having an interface function for a memory connected to an outside, a clock generation circuit capable of forming a plurality of clock signals including the first clock signal to the central processing unit, and the second clock signal supplied to the SDRAM connected to the outside, the first terminal for supplying the second clock signal to a clock terminal of the SDRAM, the second terminal for outputting a clock enable signal to the SDRAM, and the third terminal to output a selection signal to the SDRAM. The control circuit outputs the clock enable signal via the second terminal, and outputs the selection signal via the second terminal, to the SDRAM, while synchronized with the second clock signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
