<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle radar device improved in the detection accuracy of a radar sensor built into a door mirror. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle radar device mounted on a vehicle detecting an object around one's own vehicle includes the radar sensor mounted on the own vehicle so that at least a part of a body of the own vehicle is within the detection range. The position in which at least the part of the body of the own vehicle detected by the radar sensor extends is set as a reference position.
