<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator which is needless of replacing an adsorbent. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen concentrator 1 which has a compressor 2 to compress air, a plurality of adsorption layers 3 to which compressed air from the compressor 2 is alternately fed and which are filled with an adsorbent to adsorb or desorb nitrogen, and moisture-absorbing layers 4 filled with a hygroscopic agent to remove water in the compressed air, each being placed at an upstream of the adsorption layer 3, characterized in that moisture sensors 5 for detecting a moisture concentration are provided between the above moisture-absorbing layer 4 and the above adsorption layer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
