<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bat with an elastic body attached to its ball-hitting portion, capable of improving repulsion characteristics while securing the durability. <P>SOLUTION: This bat 1 for baseball or softball is provided with a core member 2 having a depression 2b1 at a portion to be a ball-hitting portion, and an elastic body 3 attached to the depression 2b1 and forming the ball-hitting portion. The elastic body 3 is formed of urethane elastomeric foam having JIS C hardness of at least 55 and at most 82, and modulus of elasticity in 300% elongation of 3.85-5.6 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
