<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing vegetables seasoned in a salted rice-bran paste, which simplifies the maintenance of the salted rice-bran paste. <P>SOLUTION: A partition plate is disposed to communicate the lower portions of small portioned chambers for receiving a liquid salted rice-bran paste with each other, and spiral screw type stirring blades interlocked with a gear device are disposed for the small portioned chambers, respectively. A handle 5 is attached to one of the stirring blades, and the handle is rotated to introduce fresh air into the liquid salted rice-bran paste and stir the whole portion of the liquid salted rice-bran paste. Vegetables pickled in the liquid salted rice-bran paste are also moved to the upper portion of the container, and can thereby be taken out without staining a hand.
