摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rolled copper foil having bending characteristics more excellent than those of the conventional one to cope with a recent demand for higher bending characteristics of a flexible wiring member for a flexible printed wiring board etc., attendant on the progress in the miniaturization, high density packaging, performance enhancement, etc., of electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The rolled copper foil is characterized as follows: when, from the results obtained by X-ray diffraction pole figure measurement based on a rolled plane in a state after a final cold rolling step and before recrystallization annealing, the standardized intensity of the ä200}<SB>Cu</SB>plane diffraction peak of a copper crystal obtained byβ-scanning at eachα-angle at the pole figure measurement is plotted, a ratio between a maximum value A of standardized intensity in the range ofα=40 to 60°and a maximum value B of standardized intensity in the range ofα=80 to 90°satisfies A/B≥4; and when, in the range where theα-angle is 25 to 45°, the standardized intensity is increased with the increase of theα-angle, practically no region of step-like increase is present. By applying recrystallization annealing to the rolled copper foil, the rolled copper foil having bending characteristics more excellent than those of the conventional one can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
