<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic latent image carrier that can form a high quality image in which the occurrence of image foggings or the like is decreased, by suppressing the effect of a residual liquid on the magnetic latent image carrier after development while using a liquid developer, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic latent image carrier has a surface with water-repellency, wherein a formed magnetic latent image is visualized by the liquid developer comprising a magnetic toner and an aqueous medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
