PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speaker having a copper cap used for improving sound quality in various acoustic apparatus attached to a part of a magnetic circuit, especially in order to improve heat dissipation effect. SOLUTION: In the speaker, silicon grease as a high thermal conductivity layer 7 is interposed between a copper cap 6 press fitted to a plate 1c for sound quality improvement and the plate 1c. When a clearance made when fitting them is filled with the silicon grease, thermal conductivity between them is enhanced, heat dissipation effect from the magnetic circuit is enhanced, and reliability of the speaker is enhanced.
