PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability in assembling work of an antenna device which is partially disposed in the internal space of a vehicle exterior accessory. SOLUTION: A joint 34, connecting an antenna element 24 and a ground conductor 26 to a cable 32, includes an element relay conductor 42 connected to an inner conductor of the cable 32 and a ground relay conductor 44 connected to an external conductor. First, the antenna element 24 and the ground conductor 26 are fixed via an opening 22 in the internal space of a roof spoiler 18. Then, the joint 34 is inserted in between the antenna element 24 and the ground conductor. At this time, the element relay conductor 42 can be held by the grip portion 36 of the antenna element 24, and the ground relay conductor 44 can be held by the grip portion 38 of the ground conductor.
