PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a drop in the capacity of raking up dust on a surface to be cleaned with a worsened slide of a bearing as caused by the dust sucked together with air entering it when the dust is sucked into the suction port body together with the air from a cooling hole on the side of the suction port body, hovering up on the surface to be cleaned with its longitudinal movement during the cleaning work as making outside air flow in from its side. SOLUTION: An air suction port is provided in the top surface part of the suction port body. Also, the first communication path for the communication of the air suction port a with a pulley housing part and the second communication part for the communication of the pulley housing part with a rotary cleaning element housing chamber are provided.
