<p>The present invention relates to a fast Fourier transforming method for a 4X4 MIMO-OFDM WLAN system and an apparatus thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a fast Fourier transforming method for a 4 4 MIMO-OFDM WLAN system and apparatus thereof, in which an multi-channel MDC (Multi-path Delay Commutator) structure is formed to support multiplex data paths, four fast Fourier transform operations required for a 4x4 MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output ) -OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) WLAN system can be processed by one processor, the number of non-trivial multiplications can be reduced as compared with an existing 4- chanle Radix-4 MDC FFT processor using an efficient Radix decomposition based on a mixed Radix scheme, thereby reducing hardware complexity.</p> |
