The invention relates to a vertebral fastening device for a systeme 'for correcting the abnormal curvatures of the rachis. It comprises a linking part (1) adapted for engaging a rod (40) of said system. According to the invention, said linking part is associated with at least one tightening collar (10) including a flexible strip notched and made of a flexible material that is placed about a blade or apophasis of a vertebra.
