<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference server device for appropriately managing and keeping confidential electronic data accessed in an electronic conference, depending on the access authority of each participant of the electronic conference, and capable of performing the appropriate access management of the electronic data after the electronic conference is finished. <P>SOLUTION: When there are electronic data which are desired to be restricted in access after an electronic conference is finished, an organizer of the electronic conference sets a confidentiality level and also sets collection to be "necessary" in an electronic data collection necessity check box 153c shown in a setting table 153.
