PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately make other controls by using a generation torque for control in the implementation of a vehicular attitude control. SOLUTION: A torque regulation of an engine 2 is conducted from a final request torque Teng that is computed from a driver request torque Treq and a request torque for attitude control Tpbc. The request torque for attitude control Tpbc increases and decreases when the attitude control is executed and is set to "0" when the attitude control is not executed. When the attitude control is not executed a stationary torque deviationΔte, which is the deviation of an actual generation torque Treal of the engine 2 against the driver request torque Treq, is computed and memorized. Then, when the attitude control is executed a control generation torque Tcont, which is used for hydraulic control of each latching element of an automatic transmission 3, is computed from the driver request torque Treq and the stationary torque deviationΔte memorized at that time.
