PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a microchemical optical analyzing chip having a simple structure and provided inexpensively. SOLUTION: In the microchemical optical analyzing chip 101 used in microchemical analysis that analyzes a sample, a sensor part 17 for performing the analysis of the sample is formed in a part of a light waveguide 13 and the light waveguide 13 serving as the input/output part of light to the sensor part 17 is at least formed of optical fibers 19 to analyze the light attenuated by the absorption, spectral diffraction or the like produced in the sensor part 17 by antigen-antibody reaction.
