PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce less wrinkles on a sheet member and moreover to prevent the air from remaining in the inside and conduct accurate press-attachment and press-transfer. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus is provided with a pressing means 5 having a holding surface 11 to hold the sheet member, and a receiving base 3 for receiving the pressing means 5. The pressing means 5 can be moved closer to or away from the receiving base 3. Meanwhile, the holding surface 11 is formed of a pair of arcuate surfaces divided with each other by a dividing line 27 extending in the axial direction. This pressing means 5 conducts press-attachment or press-transfer, while it is rotating to draw a cycloid locus with the arcuate surfaces in the direction far from the other orthogonal to the dividing line 27.
