PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bracket fitting structure for a power cylinder capable of preventing deterioration of circularity of a cylinder tube when welding a bracket to the cylinder tube, capable of restricting an increase of slide resistance of a piton provided inside of the cylinder tube, and capable of preventing leakage of the oil from the inside of the cylinder tube. SOLUTION: A projecting part 21 extending to both edges of a cylinder holding parts 18 in the axial direction and projected inward like a U-shape is formed in a cylinder holding portion 18 of a bracket 6 in three positions with an equal interval at 120 degrees in the circumferential direction. The cylinder holding portion 18 is pressed in from the edge of the cylinder tube 2 in the axial direction, and both edges 21b in the axial direction of the inner surface 21a of the projecting part 21 brought in contact with the peripheral surface of the cylinder tube 21 are welded to the peripheral surface 2b of the cylinder tube 2.
